We apologize that your order has been damaged during shipment. You will need to provide us with additional information before we can file a claim with the carrier. Replacements will be shipped out as soon as possible after we have all the information from that is needed to file a claim. Please report any damages to us immediately, after three days the carrier can refuse a damage claim. We must be notified within 5 days of the order being delivered, in order for us to file a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately after 5 days we will not be able to offer you a replacement order.
